These terms explain how to use the collection, understand a listing and distinguish browsing from placing an order. Orders and payments are not open. The collection and prices are a preview; this page does not activate a purchase or promise a delivery service.
The website and the seller
These terms concern the Jade & Plum website. The legal seller’s details have not yet been published. No purchase is offered until that information is available.
Read the product page together with Shipping, Returns and Privacy. These website terms do not remove consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived, choose an unconfirmed legal jurisdiction or require a remedy to be accepted as store credit.
Browsing and acceptable use
Search and collection filters help you explore products in the browser. A browsing choice is not a request to open an account, reserve stock or receive marketing.

Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, submit someone else’s information without permission or use automated requests to disrupt the service. The selected option, actual measurements and included parts control over an impression created by a scene photograph. If a detail important to your choice is missing, treat it as unanswered. Screen settings and natural variation can affect appearance, but they do not excuse a materially different item or an unsupported specification.
Prices, availability and payment
Prices shown are in US dollars. Preview prices are proposals, not final checkout quotations. Showing an item does not reserve it, verify current supplier stock or invite payment.
There is no purchase agreement to complete in this preview: the bag and checkout cannot accept an order. Do not try to arrange payment using contact details from another store, an image, a supplier listing or an unrelated social account.

Content, external links and availability
Photography, product descriptions and website design may be protected by the rights of their respective owners. A listing does not grant permission to copy that content for commercial use or imply an affiliation with a third-party brand.
