Browsing a collection, asking a question and buying an item involve different information. This notice explains those differences and the choices available to you. Orders and payments are not open. The collection and prices are a preview; this page does not activate a purchase or promise a delivery service.
Scope and who is responsible
This notice describes the Jade & Plum storefront. The legal operator’s details and a public privacy contact are not yet available. The Contact page shows the information currently published.
The current preview accepts no orders, payments or public contact-form submissions. That does not mean a website visit creates no technical data: the hosting service must handle the request to display and protect the site.
Information involved in ordinary browsing
A request for a page or image passes technical information to the hosting and delivery service. This can include an IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device information and security or error information. Referrer information can also be present depending on your browser, the link and the site’s settings.
Search and collection filters help you explore products in the browser. A browsing choice is not a request to open an account, reserve stock or receive marketing.
The product-search feature uses the text you enter and your selected filters in the browser to display matching products. It is not a public message form. Do not enter passwords, payment details or other sensitive information into a search box.
Share only what your question needs
A product name and the detail you want to clarify are usually enough for an initial question. If you choose to send photographs through an available support channel, crop out unrelated people, addresses and documents.
No public email, phone or contact form is currently provided by this preview. There is therefore no store channel here for sending the suggested question or a privacy request yet. Do not use an address copied from another brand; check the Contact page for any future confirmed route.
Information if purchasing or order support becomes available
A purchase feature can require the selected products and quantities, checkout email, delivery or billing details, order and payment references, totals, payment status and fulfillment records. These serve the purchase, delivery, fraud prevention, receipts and later order support. They are distinct from information needed merely to browse.
The payment interface, when available, uses Whop to handle payment input. Payment credentials entered in its payment interface are handled by that provider; the store uses order references and payment outcomes to reconcile an order. The payment option shown at checkout identifies the available payment service.
Order access, if enabled, uses the order reference and checkout email to request a time-limited link. Technical request information is used to limit abuse. Anyone with access to an email or an active order-access link may be able to reach the corresponding order information; do not forward those links publicly.
Purposes and legal grounds where applicable
- Deliver the pages and images requested, diagnose failures and protect the site against misuse.
- Answer information you choose to send through an available support channel.
- When purchasing is available, take steps you request before a contract and carry out orders, delivery, returns and essential service communications.
- Meet applicable record-keeping duties, investigate payment or security issues and establish or defend legal rights where necessary.
- Use optional measurement only under the applicable disclosed choice. The relevant legal basis depends on the purpose and market; a privacy notice does not replace a consent that is required.
Hosting, service providers and other recipients
This website is served through Cloudflare’s hosting and delivery infrastructure. Cloudflare handles technical requests and may process operational or security information under its applicable terms, settings and privacy notice. A lack of optional store analytics does not turn off the host’s processing needed to deliver and secure a request.
No commercial order-processing services are active in this preview. Payment, transactional-email, database and order-support services described here apply only when those features become available; their use will be described in this notice.
Information may also need to be disclosed under a valid legal requirement or to protect rights and address misuse. Any business transfer involving personal information must remain subject to the applicable legal duties; this wording is not permission to repurpose data without them.
Optional store measurement and advertising
Local product-interest measurement is disabled. Google Analytics may be separately configured under the browser notice and runs only after the visitor accepts optional measurement. When active, Google receives the store ID and domain plus device, network and shopping-interaction information; customer names, email addresses, delivery addresses and payment details are excluded. Google advertising measurement has a separate control. Browsing still reaches the hosting service, and browser storage may still support available features or a choice you explicitly save.
If a separately configured Google advertising control is shown when commercial measurement is enabled, it explains the choice for that tag. The purchase measurement feature uses order value, currency and an order reference for a confirmed purchase; it does not add a customer name or email to that conversion payload. Store-measurement choices and Google advertising choices are separate controls.
A support message or photograph is provided to help with that request; it is not permission to publish it as a review, advertisement or gallery example. A separate use needs its own appropriate notice and permission.
There is no newsletter signup or marketing subscription created by looking at a product or making a browser choice. Any later marketing service needs its own clear disclosure and any required permission.
Retention and the limits of browser controls
A verified retention schedule for host/security logs and any future support or order records has not been supplied for this preview. We cannot give a reliable fixed period or promise immediate deletion of provider logs. Provider-managed records can remain subject to the provider’s own retention and legal obligations.
Different records serve different purposes: request/security logs used to diagnose faults or investigate abuse, support records needed to answer and resolve a question, and any later transaction records needed for performance, refunds, disputes or legal record-keeping. Different categories can require different periods. Read any stated retention schedule above in relation to these purposes; deleting one category does not necessarily remove another.
Session storage is normally associated with the current browser tab or session; browser restore features can affect when it disappears. Persistent preferences can remain until their validity ends or you clear them. The Cookie policy explains the controls and the limits of specific settings.
Clearing your browser removes the local data you select; it does not erase a message already sent, a completed transaction record or logs held by a service provider. Any retention or deletion request must be considered separately for those records.
Your requests and choices
Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may be entitled to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal information; object to certain uses; restrict processing; withdraw consent; or complain to a relevant authority. These rights have conditions and exceptions, including records needed for a legal obligation or an unresolved dispute.

Declining optional measurement does not prevent use of an available bag, checkout or order-access feature, change a product price or replace necessary security and purchase processing. Withdrawing a choice stops future optional use covered by that control; it does not automatically undo processing already carried out.
Security, children and international processing
The site uses HTTPS for its public service and available order tools use authorization checks to restrict access. Security also depends on the browser, account access, provider configuration and how links or messages are shared. No website can guarantee complete security.
The storefront is intended for people choosing products, with an adult responsible for any purchase. A product suitable for a child does not mean that the site needs the child’s personal details. Avoid submitting such details through any later support or purchase feature.
Hosting and any later services can involve processing outside your country. The country of processing and any applicable safeguards depend on the service used. Consult the linked provider notice for its processing and transfer information.
Changes to this notice
The displayed date identifies this wording. Changes to the operator, data uses, services or choices will be described here. A new purpose that requires consent requires a separate choice; an earlier visit is not that consent.
